DTF Technology

Why Buy From DTF Print Store?

Direct to film printing is a unique printing technology that involves printing designs onto special films for transfer onto garments. DTF printing is a heat transfer process that has the ability to last as long as traditional silkscreen prints. Listed below are the reasons we believe sets us apart from the rest of the field.

The quality of our work is only as good as the quality of our printers and inks. This is even more true when it comes to DTF printing. Unlike other DTF suppliers we use a state of the art Brother GTX DTG machine running OEM textile inks to produce our DTF transfers. We do not and never will use a converted printer to do our DTF transfers.

High quality inks are also needed to ensure that the printhead won’t clog.

The next advancement in DTG technology comes with its own advanced ink and a brilliant new set of benefits. Print with greater vibrancy and a larger color range than ever before. Have less of an impact on the environment with cartridges that use less plastic. Produce prints that stand up to multiple washings and maintain their integrity even longer. All of this with the convenience and dependability Brother DTG is known for. That’s the promise of new Innobella Textile Inks.

Environmentally Friendly

Our bolder, brighter Innobella Textile inks are water-based pigment inks and are ECO PASSPORT by OKEO-TEX® certified and CPSIA compliant. The innovative packaging uses less plastic thanks to the new replaceable pouches so there is less waste and less impact on the environment.

Exceptional Washability

Designs printed with Innobella Textile inks are meant to be worn, not worn out. The special formulation combats the chemicals found in typical laundry detergent and withstands the rubbing and scraping of zippers and buttons. The result is a great looking garment that looks brighter, longer with proven washability as evidences by AATCC wash tests, where our inks score 4.0 or higher on every test.

Tested and Certified

Safety must always be top of mind with any product, and with Innobella Textile inks you can be confident that your products are safe for all ages.

DTF printing requires PET film, but that doesn’t mean every type of PET film is a fit for the DTF process. After extensive research we believe we have found one of the best film suppliers in the industry and this has been tested extensively.

Printing on cold peel film cannot be transferred directly to a garment. Instead, an adhesive must be used to help the image adhere to the fabric. At DTFprintsotre.com.au, we offer a unique adhesive for DTF printing that is durable enough to withstand up to 45 hand washes, all while keeping the transfer feeling soft. There’s no foul smell involved, and excess can be stored and reused.

When printing directly to a textile, your options are limited. DTF gives you much more flexibility, as you can print on a variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, rayon, nylon, silk, leather, and more.
